1. How long have you been in the business and what type of licensing do you hold?
    Loyal Slechta, the owner and operator of Master Roofing of Central Florida, Inc., is a fully licensed roofing contractor in the State of Florida. Loyal has been in the roofing business for over 24 years.

2. Are you, the owner, present at the job site during the completion of the work?
    Loyal is present and working on site with the crew during the majority of each job. He prides himself on working side by side with the crew, dealing with any situations, on a first hand basis. If Loyal is unable to be present, the Superintendent will be on site managing the job.

3. Where are you located and what area do you service?
    Our office is located in Orlando Florida. Our area of service is Central Florida. However, we travel to other areas upon customers request.

4. What type of Insurance coverage do you hold?
    We hold Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Theft of equipment insurance. We would be happy to provide our agent's name and phone number for verification of the insurance coverage or provide a certificate of insurance with yourselves named as an additional insured on our policy throughout the roofing services.

5. Do you offer off-season price breaks?
    Price breaks are offered during the winter and are determined at that time. We work year round.

6. I have decided to hire Master Roofing of Central Florida, Inc., for my roofing needs. What is the next step?
    A signed copy of the proposal needs to be mailed to Master Roofing of Central Florida, Inc. Upon receiving the signed proposal, Master Roofing of Central Florida, Inc. will schedule the work and notify you of your approximate schedule start date. The start date is only an estimate due to unpredictable Florida weather patterns. You will be notified a few days prior to the actual work beginning. Thank you for your business.
